• Listings — product titles, descriptions, photos, pricing you upload as a seller

• Shipping information — delivery address when you place an order
• Communications — messages you send to sellers or our support team

Information collected automatically:

• Log data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent on pages
• Device information — device type, operating system, screen resolution
• Cookies — small files stored on your device to keep you logged in and remember preferences

• With sellers: When you place an order, the seller receives your name, shipping address, and order details to fulfill it
• With buyers: Your public shop name and seller profile are visible to buyers browsing the marketplace
• Payment processors: Stripe and PayPal receive payment information to process transactions
• Service providers: We use Firebase (Google) for authentication and database, Cloudinary for image storage, and EmailJS for transactional emails. These providers only use your data to provide their services to us
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of users

5. Data retention

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or tax purposes (such as transaction records, which we keep for 7 years).
